LEVEL 2 - WTF JILLIAN!

I have started Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred.  SWEET JEBUS JILLIAN!  HOW MANY PLANKING TYPES DOES ONE NEED!  My shoulders and arms are killing me!  In a GREAT way!
